Returns & Replacement Policy
1. Return Policy
We accept returns if:
- You notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- Items are unused and in original packaging (tags intact).
- Parcel opening video is mandatory (no video = no claim).
Non-Returnable Items: “Final or Flash Sale” products.

- Order number + reason.

- We’ll approve & share return instructions.
Note: Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless item is defective).
2. Replacement Policy
We replace items that are:
- Damaged/Defective (report within 24 hours).
- Incorrectly shipped.
Process:
- WhatsApp the above number with:
- Order number + photos/video of the issue + Parcel opening video.
- We’ll replace the product immediately.
- If out of stock: A full refund will be issued instead.
3. Refund Policy
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method in 5-7 business days.
